·         Recipient of the 2020 Research in Social and Administrative Pharmacy journal’s 2020 Best Paper Award for the paper, “Program evaluation of the Opioid Naloxone Education (ONE Rx) program using the RE-AIM model.” This award is decided by a panel of judges from the RSAP editorial advisory board and is aimed to reflect the mission of the journal; methodologically rigorous and theory-driven research in the social/behavioral pharmaceutical sciences that appeals to our entire international audience. The award carries much esteem in academic circles.

·         Recipient of the United States Public Health Service “Excellence in Public Health Pharmacy Award.” The recipient was Siri Burck, research assistant, and third-year NDSU School of Pharmacy student Siri, in recognition of our work to design an opioid misuse prevention toolkit for pharmacists to use for opioid misuse prevention in the community pharmacy. April 11, 2018 at NDSU, Fargo, ND.
